Description

The JDMR800 is a high-speed, precision-carving five-axis machining center suitable for machining heavy, complex, and precision parts with complex structural features, discrete workpiece boundary deviations, and made of hard or difficult-to-cut materials (such as hardened steel, stainless steel, and titanium alloys). It is capable of performing a variety of drilling, milling, and boring operations on formed workpieces.
Equipped with a cradle-style, dual-axis direct-drive rotary table with an 800mm diameter and a maximum load capacity of 1000kg, it is suitable for positioning heavy workpieces and performing five-axis simultaneous machining.
